In this article we will walk you through creating a survey step-by-step.\n\nNavigate to the Engage section of the dashboard, and click on Surveys.\n\nClick +New Survey\n\nName and describe your survey. Your tenants will see this, so we recommend keeping it clear and concise.\n\nUnder What type of survey? select one of the following:\n\nStandard Survey (Default): Survey results are visible to the internal team only.\n\nCommunity Survey: Survey results can be seen by other users in the app. Users can opt in to share their responses with their name attached.\n\nUnder Visibility, configure whether (and when) to show this survey on the app home screen:\n\nCheck Add To Home Screen? to make the survey available as a standalone tile on the app home screen, independent of a highlight or push notification.\n\nNote: position on the home screen can be adjusted under Engage > App Home Screen. If this survey is linked from a highlight, work order, or elsewhere, users can still access it that way regardless of this setting.\n\nClick +Add Custom Question and all of the options for your first question will appear.
