It can be accessed on an iPad through the Cove Kiosk app or by opening kiosk.cove.is in a web browser. In Reserve mode, tenants and teams can use the tablet to view a space’s current and upcoming availability at a glance. The Reserve tablet does not allow users to create reservations and is intended only to display the room’s schedule, which must be managed through your building dashboard or mobile app.\n\nWho can set this up: Building Managers and Building Admins\n\nSetting Up A Tablet in Reserve Mode\n\nReconfiguring The App for a New Amenity Space or Adjusting The Configurations\n\nSetting Up A Tablet in Reserve Mode\n\n1. If you are using the Kiosk in a web browser, switch the browser to full screen mode.\nSet the browser to full screen or kiosk-style display mode so the Kiosk App fills the entire tablet screen and reduces visible browser controls.\n\nLook for a full screen icon in the browser menu.\n\nOpen the browser’s menu and select options such as Full Screen, Hide Toolbar, or Add to Home Screen.\n\nOn some tablets, opening the page from a home screen shortcut can create a more app-like full-screen experience.\n\nThe exact steps vary by tablet and browser.\nReconfiguring The App for a New Amenity Space or Adjusting The Configurations\n\nIf you need to update the room configuration, change the selected space, or set up the tablet for a different amenity space, you can restart the app at any time.\n\nTo do this, tap the powered by cove logo 10 times. Restarting the app allows you to reselect the site, space, and tablet configuration as needed.","capture_id":"90cf6b56aecd25d20950f745c6a40b62d3f9a36ed0da5194dc7790a10df7b8d2","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:23:56.595Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:23:56.628Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:23:55.951Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/46168304270228","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/46168304272660","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/46168293678484","https://cdn.osxdaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/stop-ipad-screen-turning-off.jpg"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
