{"source_id":"cove-34283808524180","company":"Cove","kind":"documentation","category":"documentation","title":"Custom Work Order Reports","url":"https://support.cove.is/hc/en-us/articles/34283808524180-Custom-Work-Order-Reports","body":"As a Building Admin, you can create and save customizable Work Order reports based on a specified date range and work order status.\n\nCreating custom reports\n\nCustomizing reports\n\nCreating Custom Reports\n\nNavigate to the Reports & Analytics module\n\nClick on the Work Order Analytics page.\n\nClick on the Custom Reports sub-page.\n\nClick on +New Custom Report in the upper right and fill out the form.\n\nName: Name the report\n\nBreakout Type: Select how you want your rows to breakout when viewing your report.\n\nStandard: Each row is a work order.\n\nBillables Breakout: Each row is related to a billable item such as labor entry or material entry. Any cost codes and rules defined on those materials, labor rates and tax/markup settings will apply. If there are multiple materials or labor entries added to a work order, then each item will display as a separate row.\n\n5. Click Save.\n\nCustomizing Reports\nNow that you have a custom report created, you can now configure it based on exactly what you want to see.\n\nClick into the name of the report you just created.\n\nSelect the start and end time for the dat range.\n\nSelect the data type from the dropdown\n\nClosed\n\nCompleted\n\nExported\n\nSubmitted\n\nVerified\n\nClick on the Filter button to adjust the report filters\n\nClick on the Edit Columns button to edit and/or reorder the columns in the report.\n\nselect and de-select the columns you'd like to view in your report\n\ndrag and drop the column names to reorder\n\nClick the download button to download the report in .csv form.\n\nAll changes are automatically saved.","capture_id":"9ac1f0935fd352ea095ef4d1fa5b31e9afe3f3d3be6da5f3750fbfd4c29d28e5","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:24:05.077Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:24:05.114Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:24:04.455Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34283760735124","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34283760789140"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
