Fully customize each space and configure the key details, , workflows associated with the space, booking constraints, billing, and visibility.\n\nAmenities are organized into categories and individual amenities within those categories. Create a category and then create an amenity.\n\nCreate a reservable amenity space category\n\nReservation Type\n\nMinimum and Maximum Booking in Advance\n\nVisibility Settings\n\nMore information about amenity spaces:\n\nCreate an amenity space\n\nSeating Arrangements Setup\n\nAmenity reservation billing\n\nCreate a reservable amenity space category:\n\nNavigate to the Reservations module.\n\nClick on Reservation Setup.\n\nClick on Amenity Setup.\n\nClick on New Category.\n\nFill out the form\n\nClick Save.\n\nReservation Type\n\nSlot: For shared spaces or resources that allow multiple reservations at the same time (e.g.- Allowing 6 people in the gym each hour).\n\nStandard: For private spaces or resources that only allow 1 reservation at a time (e.g.- Meeting Rooms)\n\nOne-of-Many (e.g.- A number of phone booths)\n\nMinimum and Maximum Booking in Advance\n\n(optional) Max Time Book in Advance: User cannot book more than this determined time in advance. Available in days, weeks, months, and years, and if None is selected there will be no limit.\n\n(optional) Min Time Book In Advance: User must book in at least the determined time in advance. Available in days, weeks, months, and years, and if None is selected there will be no limit.\n\nVisibility Settings\n\nTenant Visibility\n\nShown To Everyone (Default)\n\nNo One (Hidden)\n\nOnly Specific Tenants\n\nWhen this is selected, a tenant dropdown menu will appear. Select as many tenants as needed.\n\nUser Tag Visibility\n\nVisible To All Users (Default)\n\nOnly Visible To Specified User Tags\n\nWhen this is selected, a user tag dropdown menu will appear.
