Use it when you are planning a large meeting, conference, training session, or tenant event, or when you have a high volume of expected guests on a single day.\nBulk Visitor Upload is available to Building Administrators and Tenant Administrators from the Visitors module in the Dashboard. There are two ways to upload a list of guests:\n\nCSV / Spreadsheet Upload – best for large groups with custom details, such as different arrival times, companies, or hosts.\n\nCopy & Paste – best for quick imports from an email list, calendar invite, or document where all guests share the same visit details.\n\nMethod 1: Upload via CSV or Spreadsheet\n\nMethod 2: Quick Copy and Paste\n\nWhat Happens After You Upload\n\nImportant Behavior to Know\n\nRelated Actions\n\nMethod 1: Upload via CSV or Spreadsheet\nUse this method when you have a spreadsheet of attendee details, or when guests need different arrival times, companies, or hosts.\nStep 1: Download the Template\n\nNavigate to Dashboard → Visitors\n\nSelect Add Visitors, then choose Bulk Upload / Import CSV\n\nSelect Download Sample CSV Template so that your data matches the required format\n\nStep 2: Prepare Your File\nFill in your guest details in the template:\n\nFirst Name (required)\n\nLast Name (required)\n\nEmail Address or Phone Number (required for visitor notifications and mobile passes)\n\nVisit Date and Time (defaults to the property’s local time)\n\nHost Email (optional – defaults to you if left blank)\n\nCompany / Visitor Notes (optional)\n\nSave your file as a standard .csv before uploading, and delete the example row if the template includes one.\n\nNote: Whether a visitor email address is required also depends on your building’s settings. Building Administrators can confirm this in Visitor Management Setup.\nStep 3: Upload and Review\n\nDrag and drop your completed CSV file into the upload window\n\nReview the preview table on screen\n\nCorrect any flagged entries, then select Confirm & Send Invitations\n\nGreen rows indicate valid visitor entries. Red or flagged cells indicate a formatting issue, such as a missing name or an invalid email address. Click directly into any cell to correct the error before confirming.\nMethod 2: Quick Copy and Paste\nUse this method when every guest shares the same visit details and you want to paste names and email addresses directly from an email, calendar invite, or document.\n\nNavigate to Dashboard → Visitors\n\nSelect Add Visitors, then choose Paste List\n\nSet the shared visit details: date and arrival time, host name, and access level or floor if applicable\n\nPaste your attendee list into the text box\n\nSelect Parse List to review the extracted names and email addresses\n\nMake any edits in the table, then select Complete Registration\n\nThe following list formats are supported:\n\nJane Doe <jane.doe@example.com>\n\nJohn Smith, john.smith@example.com\n\nTab-separated rows copied directly from Excel or Google Sheets\n\nWhat Happens After You Upload\nFor Your Visitors\n\nEach registered guest receives an email or SMS confirmation with their visit details and arrival instructions\n\nThe confirmation includes a mobile digital pass or QR code for check-in at the front desk or turnstiles\n\nFor Security and Reception\n\nUploaded guests appear in the Visitors module in real time\n\nFront-desk staff can find them in the Expected Today view on the day of the visit, which speeds up check-in for large events\n\nImportant Behavior to Know\n\nVisit dates and times default to the property’s local time\n\nIf Host Email is left blank, the visit is assigned to you\n\nAn email address or phone number is required for a guest to receive notifications and a mobile pass\n\nFlagged entries are not registered until the formatting issue is corrected\n\nCopy and paste applies the same date, arrival time, and host to every guest in the list. Use a CSV upload when guests need different details\n\nAt properties with an access control integration, a guest’s QR code may not be available until their credential is created in the access control system, which typically happens a few hours before the visit\n\nRelated Actions\n\nConfirm your building’s visitor requirements in Visitor Management Setup\n\nCheck guests in on the day of the event – see Checking Visitors In\n\nRegister a single guest from Visitors → Add Visitors","capture_id":"39d9a78f8e86d6677d6a6c5d6563153fbce7b0a3d2e7981493a3975086ae4468","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:24:57.865Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:24:57.901Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:24:57.115Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://www.loom.com/embed/b6977399796d40b380be6c0f6fef1f2b","https://www.loom.com/embed/250843837e264552bd696f5b92390fa2","https://www.loom.com/embed/ab7da30f146e4f05992d8fd64e849752"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
