Visitor registration is available to all user roles (Tenant Admins and Regular Users have different views and permissions). When a visitor is registered, they automatically receive two notification emails: one at the time of registration and a second the morning of their visit.\n\nThe dashboard supports registering one visitor at a time, quickly re-registering a past visitor using the reinvite a past visitor search, or adding multiple visitors at once using the Paste a List option. All methods share the same visit details and notification settings.\n\nRegister Visitors on the Dashboard\n\nRegister Visitors on the Mobile App\n\nBulk Upload Visitors\n\nEditing Visitor Directions for Your Organization\n\nRegister Visitors on the Dashboard\n\nNavigate to the Visitors module and open any day-to-day management page.\n\nClick + Add a Visitor.\n\nFill out the Host Details section:\n\nTenant: Select the tenant the visitor is associated with.\n\nFloor: Select the floor the visitor will be visiting. Note: this field only appears if your site is configured to require floor selection at registration. The list is populated by the Visitor Floors configured on the selected tenant's record; if no visitor floors are set, it falls back to the tenant's occupied floors.\n\nHost: Select the host the visitor is visiting.\n\nUnder Visitor Details, choose how to add visitors: To quickly re-register a visitor you have hosted before, use the Reinvite a past visitor search field. Start typing a name and select from the results. Each result displays the visitor's name, email address (if on file), and last schedule visit date. Selecting a past visitor will pre-fill their details into the form.\n\nIndividual\n\nEnter the visitor's First Name, Last Name, Visitor Email, and Visitor Phone (optional).\n\nSelect the visitor type from the dropdown (Visitor or Vendor).\n\nClick + Add Visitor to add additional visitors to the same registration.\n\nPaste a List\n\nClick the Paste a List tab.\n\nPaste your visitor list, one visitor per line. Supported formats include comma-separated (Jane Doe, jane@example.com), tab-separated rows pasted from a spreadsheet, and standard Name <email> formatting. The platform will infer first name, last name, and email from each row. If your site has SMS notifications enabled for visitors, phone number will also be detected.\n\nThe platform will review each row and display how many entries are valid and how many have issues. Click into any flagged row to see the details and make corrections. Required fields are based on your site's visitor settings, so if email is not required at your site, a missing email will not be flagged as an error.\n\nYou can also add individual visitors manually within the same paste list flow using the add visitor option. Select the visitor type (Visitor or Vendor). This applies to all visitors in the list.\n\nWatchlist matching does not display inline during the paste list flow. Once visitors are submitted and visits are created, standard watchlist alerts and notifications will fire as expected.\n\nClick Next: Review to proceed.\n\nUnder Visit Details, configure the visit:\n\nSingle Visit: Select a single date and estimated arrival time.\n\nMultiple Dates: Click + Add Another Date for each additional date and time. Edit each using the calendar icon.\n\nRecurring Dates: Choose a visit interval (every day, exclude weekends, or custom days of the week), then set the start date, end date, and estimated arrival time.\n\nAccess Window (if enabled at your site and the site has an access control integration): The access window determines when the visitor's pass is valid.\n\nDefault: Displays the site's configured default access window.\n\nCustom Hours: Override the default by setting a custom start and end time for this visit. The custom window will override the site default. If the host does not select custom hours, the site default applies.\n\nParking Validation (if applicable): Check Create Parking Validation? if parking validation is needed for this visit.\n\nFill out the Other Details section as needed:\n\nNote to Visitor from Host: Included in the visitor email.\n\nNotes for Building: Internal only, not shown to the visitor.\n\nReason for Visit: Included in the visitor email.\n\nOrganization Name: Optional.\n\nUnder Notification Settings:\n\nCheck Send Registration Confirmation Email to send a confirmation to yourself as the registering user.\n\nUnder Additional Emails, add any email addresses that should receive visitor notifications.
