Once created, the template will be visible at each site within that network.\n\nCreate, Edit, and Assign Email Templates at the Network Level\n\nNavigate to the network level view on your dashboard.\n\nSelect the network.\n\nNavigate to the Engage module.\n\nClick on Announcements.\n\nClick +Create Email Template in the upper right corner.\n\nFill out the fields at the top of the page using the following information:\n\nName: Name the email template\n\nVisible To Sites (yes or no):\n\nyes: This template will be visible to all sites associated with the network.\n\nno: This template will not be visible to sites associated with the network.\n\nLoad From Template: Select from the drop down menu either an existing template or Blank if you would like to create a template from scratch.\n\nCreate an email template using these support articles.\n\nNote: Templates will populate with information from all associated sites.\n\nClick Save.\n\nView and Use Network Email Templates at the Building Level\n\nOnce created at the network level, the template will be available from the Load From Template drop down menu at each site associated with the network.\n\nUsers at the site level will be able to duplicate the template\n\nUsers at the site level will not be able to edit or delete the template","capture_id":"7b99a4f45ee117600436a95258aaa8160f4dd2e26c4d146ca0bd3f9777d94c4b","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:25:04.960Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:25:04.995Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:25:04.416Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34283853302420","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34283853369364","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34283853449492"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
