Adding vendors is the first step in this process.\n\nNavigate to the Directory module of the dashboard, and click on the Vendors sub-page.\n\nClick +New in the upper right.\n\nThere is only one field required to create a Vendor (name), but this form/profile is where you can add information to keep it all in one place and/or customize the tenant's settings such as contact information and COI settings.\n\nAdd the Vendor's name.\n\nAdd email domains for self-enrollment (optional)\n\nAdd contact information (optional)\n\nConfigure COI Settings\n\nselect the Vendor COI Coverage category from the dropdown\n\nselect associated tenants from the dropdown\n\nCreate a Vendor Work Group to make work visible to the Vendor:\n\nClick Enable Vendor Work Group\n\nName the Work Group\n\nIf left blank, the Vendor name will be used\n\nNotes:\n\nVendor users will only be able to see work that is either assigned to them or put in their vendor Work Group.\n\nCreating a vendor Work Group for this vendor will show this vendor in the Work Groups dropdowns.\n\nAll users under this vendor will be automatically added to this work group.","capture_id":"1869c1c4bf09dd905f45c854d1e9013e75e500a5be0e6ba7a47dfb93497b82cd","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:26:04.982Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:26:05.026Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:26:04.391Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34976405792788","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34976397352084","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34976397355284","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/34976397355668"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
