Once a vendor is added and vendor users are assigned, work orders can be assigned and routed directly to them from the dashboard or app. Vendors can also be registered as visitors and complete work orders through either platform.\nThis article covers how to assign and route work orders to vendors and vendor users once they have been set up in the Directory.\nAssigning and/or route Work Orders to Vendors and Vendor Users\n\nNavigate to the Work Order module, click on Work Order Setup, and then click on Routing & Assignments.\n\nClick the Edit icon next to a Work Order category or Issue Type.\n\nScroll down to configure the Routing and Assignments.
