{"source_id":"cove-36013435753236","company":"Cove","kind":"documentation","category":"documentation","title":"Enabling Regular User Web Dashboard View","url":"https://support.cove.is/hc/en-us/articles/36013435753236-Enabling-Regular-User-Web-Dashboard-View","body":"Regular Users can now access the web dashboard and perform the following actions: see highlights and events, RSVP to most events, sign waivers, and complete surveys.\n\nPrior to sharing your building's web dashboard with Regular Users, we recommend taking the following steps:\n\nOrganize and arrange your building's content.\n\nCreate a custom URL for your building's web dashboard.\n\nReach out to CSM or techsupport@cove.is to enable the dashboard view for regular users.\n\nShare with tenants!\n\nRegular Users Accessing the Web Dashboard View:\n\nRegular Users will not be able to access the web dashboard without coordination with your dedicated CSM or techsupport@cove.is\n\nIf a Regular User attempts to login to the dashboard without the web dashboard being enabled, they will see a \"not authorized\" error and will not receive a login code.\n\nA few notes about the Regular User web dashboard view:\n\nTenants can see highlight and event content in the Property Home module in the web dashboard.\n\nAll users who can view your building's highlight and event content on your mobile app will be able to do so on your building's web dashboard, too.\n\nAt this time, users cannot RSVP to recurring events on the web dashboard.\n\nOrganize and arrange your building's content\nThe web view will show all of the building content available on your mobile app, including: highlights, events, surveys, and waivers. Prior to sharing the web view with Regular Users, we recommend taking some time to organize and arrange this content to ensure it's up-to-date. Below are a few actions you can take:\n\ncreate new highlights\nor edit existing highlights by clicking on the pencil icon next to the highlight\n\ncreate new events\nor edit existing events by clicking on the pencil icon next to the event\n\nreorder the content\n\nOrganize your highlight  and event sections by clicking the up and down arrows in the Order column.\n\nhide content by clicking on the eye icon (hidden content will show a crossed-out eye icon)\n\nShare your building's dashboard web view with Regular Users\nWhen communicating this with tenants, we recommend including the following information:\n\nLink to dashboard login steps\n\nYour building's web dashboard URLs\nWe recommend sharing multiple links, as users can access your dashboard from any of the following):\n\ncustom URL\nhttps://mybuilding.cove.is/{customsitename}\n\nnon-custom URLs\n\nhttps://mybuilding.cove.is/\n\nhttps://manage.cove.is","capture_id":"d8dfe441ba0ef3a67f337d9a330a078591ea623072f7a648bf683eaaa43b78b0","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:26:07.959Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:26:07.995Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:26:07.331Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/36199950538644","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/36199946778516","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/36199946780180"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
