For all sessions, please be logged into your app and dashboard.\n\nProperty Team Training Opportunities\n\nBuilding Team Training Opportunities\n\nTenant Admin Training Opportunities\n\nProperty Team Training Opportunities\n👉 🔴  101 Property Team Training (live) | Every other Tuesday at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST.\nThis session is the first in the Property Manager series and provides an introductory overview of the essential aspects of the Cove platform property managers need to get started, including:\n\nplatform overview & pro-tips\n\ndirectory management\n\ncreating and approving amenity reservations\n\ncreating and sending announcements\n\nwork order setup and management\n\n👉 🔴  Tenant Engagement Training (live) | Once per month on Wednesdays at 10:00 am PST / 1:00 pm EST.\nThis session is intended for property managers at buildings using Cove for Tenant Experience who are creating and managing building events and highlights, etc. It is also intended for property teams who have already attended Introduction to Cove: Property Teams 101. This session will expand upon what was covered in the 101 session and will cover:\n\napp management\n\ncreating and managing highlights\n\ncreating and managing events\n\nsending announcements\n\ncreating Email Builder (HTML) emails\n\nBuilding Team Training Opportunities\n👉 🔴  Introduction to Cove: Building Team Members (live) | Every other Tuesday at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST.\nThis session is intended for building team members (Engineer Manager and Building Engineers, etc.).
