This feature provides a centralized and real-time way to distribute updates, alerts, or notices across individual sites or entire networks.\n\nAccessing Bulletins\n\nCreating and Managing Bulletins\n\nReal-Time Updates\n\nDeleting Bulletins\n\nAccessing Bulletins\nFor Guards\n\nGuards can access Bulletins directly from the Visitor Dashboard\n\nA tab labeled “Bulletins” is available\n\nThis tab displays the most recent messages sent by management\n\nGuards can:\n\nOpen and view unread Bulletins.\n\nMark Bulletins as read — this status is stored in the backend, ensuring it remains consistent even after logging out and back in\n\nCreating and Managing Bulletins\nFor Building Managers and Security Directors\n\nBulletins can be created and managed from both:\n\nSite level (individual building)\n\nNetwork level (all buildings under the same organization)\n\nSteps to Post a Bulletin\n\nNavigate to the Site or Network view\n\nClick on the Bulletins tab under Visitor modules\n\nEnter the following:\n\nSubject (e.g., “Important Notice”)\n\nMessage content\n\n(Optional) Attach an image to the Bulletin\n\nWhen on a network, choose whether to:\n\nSend to a specific site, or\n\nBroadcast to all sites at the network level\n\nClick Save to publish the Bulletin\n\nReal-Time Updates\n\nThe system automatically checks for unread Bulletins every 5–10 seconds\n\nWhen a new Bulletin is available:\n\nThe Bulletin tab turns red\n\nA notification count appears\n\nOnce opened, guards can mark Bulletins as read\n\nDeleting Bulletins\n\nBulletins can be deleted by the poster at any time\n\nOnce deleted:\n\nThe Bulletin is removed\n\nThe change is synchronized automatically across the system","capture_id":"7d8259b2ecf08e8da5a6cba7e2d252636c3f4045e9f499150d66aeb3c859fa8f","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:27:04.059Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:27:04.102Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:27:03.551Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":[],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
