These insights help you understand your building’s mobile engagement and ensure messages are reaching users.\nBuilding Admins can view both the overall metrics and user-level details.\n\nViewing Push Delivery Metrics\n\nHow to Read the Aggregate Metrics\n\nHow to Read User-Level Details\n\nExample Metrics\n\nTroubleshooting Push Notifications\n\nViewing Push Delivery Metrics\n\nGo to the Engage module.\n\nSelect Announcements.\n\nOpen the Sent / Scheduled tab.\n\nClick the subject line of a push announcement that has been sent.\n\nYou will see:\n\nRecipients\n\nPush Delivery Data\n\nA preview of the message\n\nNote: Select any number opens a filtered list of users. From there, selecting View shows details about that individual user.\nHow to Read the Aggregate Metrics\nRecipients\n\nSelected Recipients: Everyone you chose when sending the announcement.\n\nUsers Sent To:\nThe number of users the system attempted to send a push notification to. This includes:\n\nUsers who currently have the mobile app installed\n\nUsers who may have deleted the app without signing out (the system still attempts delivery)\n\nExcluded Users: Rare. Only shown if the system is certain a user cannot receive push notifications.\n\nPush Note Delivery Metrics\n\nMobile Users Reached:  Unique users who viewed the message, either by:\n\nTapping the push notification\n\nOpening the announcement in the mobile inbox\n\nA user who does both is counted once.\n\n% Delivered: Percent of attempted push messages that were delivered.\n\n% Reached:  Percent of delivered messages that were actually viewed.\n\nDelivered: Push Notification: How many users successfully received the push notification on their device.\n\nUndelivered: Push Notification: Users who could not receive the message. This can happen if:\n\nThey recently logged out\n\nTheir device cannot receive notifications\n\nTheir app is out of date\n\nTheir phone was offline\n\nNote: If a user fully deletes the app, the system may not always report a failure.\n\nHow to Read User-Level Details\nEach user row shows:\n\nUser Information: Name, tenant, and general contact details.\n\nPush Delivery Status:\n\nDelivered – They received the push.\n\nNot Sent – The system did not attempt delivery to this user.\n\nUndelivered – The device was unable to receive the notification.\n\nSuppressed – Rare cases where the system avoids sending to protect delivery quality.\n\nViewing Activity: If the user viewed the announcement in the mobile inbox or tapped the push, they count toward Mobile Users Reached.\nExample Metrics\n\nA property sends a push notification to 1,891 users.\n\n747 users were eligible to receive the push\n\n735 users received it\n\n0 users could not receive it\n\nDelivery Rate: 98%\n\nMobile Users Reached: 24 users\n\nReach Rate: 3%\nPush notifications are often glanced at rather than opened (tapped).
