This helps prevent unnecessary work orders during off-season periods and keeps maintenance aligned with real-world operations.\nBy using seasonal schedules, teams can:\n\nAvoid generating work orders when equipment is not in service\n\nReduce noise in maintenance queues\n\nEnsure maintenance timing matches seasonal usage patterns\n\nHow to Set Up a Seasonal Maintenance Schedule\n\nWhen creating or editing a Recurring Task Schedule, select the Has Seasonal Schedule? checkbox.
