Instead of managing requests individually, users can select multiple work orders and apply updates or generate exports in a single step.\nAccess to bulk action options varies by user role:\n\nBuilding Admins and Managers: Access to all bulk action options\n\nEngineer Managers: Export tenant charges, export cost reclassification report, export PDF overviews, edit assignment, and edit status\n\nBuilding Engineers: Export cost reclassification report, export PDF overviews, edit assignment, and edit status\n\nExport Tenant Charges\nExports tenant charge data for the selected work orders.\n\nIncludes tenant charge records associated with each selected work order\n\nGenerates an export file containing the charge data\n\nExport Cost Reclassification Report\nExports cost reclassification data for the selected work orders.\n\nIncludes cost reclassification details tied to each selected work order\n\nGenerates a report with cost-related data\n\nExport PDF Invoices\nGenerates invoice PDFs for the selected work orders.\n\nCreates PDF invoice documents for each selected work order\n\nIncludes invoice data associated with each work order\n\nExport PDF Overviews\nGenerates overview PDFs for the selected work orders.\n\nCreates a PDF overview document for each selected work order\n\nIncludes work order details associated with each selected work order\n\nGenerates a standardized overview document for each work order\n\nEdit Assignment\nUpdates the assignment for the selected work orders.\n\nChanges the assigned user or vendor for each selected work order\n\nApplies the update to all selected work orders\n\nEdit Status\nUpdates the status for the selected work orders.\n\nChanges the status of each selected work order and applies the update to all selected work orders\n\nOptional: Add an note that is applied to all selected work orders during the update\n\nNotes appear in work order activity with the same visibility as other updates and can be visible to tenants and users with access\n\nOption to notify assignees and work groups (notifications are off by default)","capture_id":"d7e1516a299b7c2a2c78c463758d190e69587aea547d8a797aaa3bc197418efd","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:04:23.147Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:04:23.189Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:04:22.358Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/47532733082772","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/47532733084692","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/47532733085972","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/47532733087252"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
