Instead of composing each email from scratch, your team can save and load templates for recurring communication types like newsletters, event promotions, or building updates. Templates are organized by announcement type and can be updated at any time to keep your messaging current.\n\nPlain Text Email Templates\n\nHTML Email Builder Templates\n\nUsing Email Templates\n\nEditing Email Templates\n\nPlain Text Email Templates\n\nClick on + New Simple Template.\n\nChoose the Announcement Type\n\nAdd a template Name\n\nEnter a Subject Line and Message Body.\n\nClick Save.\n\nHTML Email Builder Templates\n\nClick on + New Email Template.\n\nChoose the Announcement Type\n\nAdd a Template Name\n\nCreate content by using the drag-and-drop editor to design your layout.\n\nAdd headers, body sections, buttons, and images.\n\nClick Save.\n\nUsing Email Templates\n\nNavigate to the Announcements page in the dashboard.\n\nClick +New Announcement and then select Email (Plain Text) or Email (Email Builder) as your type.\n\nSelect a template from the Load Template dropdown.\n\nThe template will load and from there you can edit, review, and send.\n\nPro-Tip: To save your newly edited email as a new template, click Save as New Template.\nEditing Email Templates\n\nNavigate to the Announcements page in the dashboard.\n\nClick on the Templates tab of the Announcements Table.\n\nClick the Edit (pencil) icon next to the template you would like to edit.\n\nMake changes to template and click Save.","capture_id":"ee1c088c33184fb3a5ab9a84150105509bc769591e1cecb3fc4ecdf8726dcf0e","captured_at":"2026-10-12T13:04:58.046Z","published_at":null,"indexed_at":"2026-10-12T13:04:58.086Z","truncated":0,"scope_tier":"primary","monitor_reason":"","last_error":null,"last_attempt_at":"2026-10-12T13:04:57.512Z","enabled":1,"evidence_notes":[],"text_available":true,"media":["https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/48812777183892","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/48812791271316","https://support.cove.is/hc/article_attachments/48812777185940"],"interpretation":"Unreviewed source evidence.
