From here, property teams can view and manage all reservations submitted by tenants, approve or deny incoming requests, and access setup and configuration tools for your amenities.\n\nAmenity Reservations\n\nMy Reservations\n\nRequested\n\nAmenity Setup\n\nDesk Setup\n\nSeating Arrangement Setup\n\nReservation Policies\n\nAmenity Reservations\n\nDisplays all amenity reservations across the building, including both confirmed and pending bookings, in list view\n\nUse this page to monitor and manage reservations submitted by any tenant or user at your property\n\nOpen a reservation record to view its details, manage billing, and see any work orders linked to that booking\n\nSelect Calendar - Reservations can be viewed in calendar view as well\n\nYou can filter which amenities are shown under the calendar\n\nCalendar view shows reservations in Day, Week, and Month formats\n\nIn Day and Week view, buffer time before and after a reservation displays as a lighter opacity \"(Unavailable)\" block, based on the space's configured buffer duration (see Create an Amenity Space)\n\nBuffer blocks do not appear in Month view\n\nMy Reservations\nDisplays reservations made by the logged-in user\n\nRequested\n\nDisplays reservations that are pending approval\n\nOnly relevant at properties where reservation approvals are enabled\n\nFrom here, property team members can review and approve or deny incoming reservation requests\n\nAmenity Setup\n\nWhere property teams create and configure amenity categories and spaces\n\nFor setup instructions, see Create an Amenity Space Category and Create an Amenity Space\n\nDesk Setup\n\nTo add a reservable desk to your mobile app - first, create a Desk Area (example: “Product Neighborhood”). Then, in the Desks tab, create an individual desk.
