When enabled, it appears in the left-hand navigation and displays two types of content: property hours, which are pulled automatically from property setup, and property handbooks, which are PDF documents uploaded by the property team. Tenants can click into any uploaded handbook to view it directly.\nNote: The Resources page is available on the dashboard only and requires coordination with Cove. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or techsupport@cove.is to turn this on.\n\nUpload and manage handbooks\nProperty teams can upload one or more PDF handbooks to give tenants easy access to building guides, policies, and other property documents. Only PDF files are supported.\n\nNavigate to the Resources page and click Edit Resources in the upper right corner.\n\nUnder Property Handbook and Documents, click + Add another handbook or edit an existing entry.\n\nEnter a Document Name (required) and an optional Subtitle (up to 200 characters).\n\nOptionally, add a URL for Web Version.\n\nUpload the PDF (max 20MB).\n\nSet visibility:\n\nVisible to All Users (Default) — all tenants with Resources page access can see this handbook.\n\nOnly Visible to Specified User Tags — limits visibility to tenants with specific user tags, configured under the tags settings.\n\nClick Save Changes.\n\nTo remove a handbook, click Edit Resources, open the entry, and click the delete icon in the upper right corner.
