When logging labor, the app surfaces the most relevant rates as one-tap options and remembers each user's most recent selection, so field teams spend less time working through the rate list. In this article we will discuss:\n\nquick-select Labor Rates\n\nselecting additional rates\n\nautomatic pre-selection\n\nQuick-Select Labor Rates\nWhen logging labor on mobile, the two most recently used Labor Rates appear as quick-select buttons, so a rate can be applied in a single tap without opening a dropdown. Quick-select options are specific to each user and update as recent selections change.\nSelecting Additional Rates\nWhen additional rates are available, an Other action appears alongside the quick-select buttons. Selecting Other opens the full list of Labor Rates available for that Work Order.\nAutomatic Pre-Selection\nThe most recently used Labor Rate is pre-selected automatically, as long as it is still available for that Work Order.
