The existing record may be active or suspended.\nWhere you'll see it\nCove Admin Dashboard (Dash) > User Directory > when creating a new user at a site.\nHow to resolve\nStep 1: Search the User Directory\n\nOpen the User Directory for the site.\n\nSwitch the status filter from Active to Suspended. The user may have been previously added or deactivated.\n\nSearch by email address rather than by name.
