This gives teams more flexibility to maintain consistency and accountability across recurring inspection schedules.\n\n* * *\n\n# How It Works\n\nYou can reopen an inspection that was missed directly from the Closed Inspections tab. Hourly and daily inspections cannot be reopened.\n\n- **Timing:** The inspection must have been missed within the last 3 months.\n\n- **Sequence:** You cannot reopen a missed inspection if a newer inspection of the same type has already been completed or missed. For example, if you're in Week 3 and Week 2 has already been completed or missed, you can't reopen Week 1.\n\n**Admins** always have access to reopen missed inspections. **Managers** must be granted the \"Reopen missed inspections\" permission by an Admin.\n\n* * *\n\n# Step-by-Step: Reopen and Complete a Missed Inspection\n\n1. Go to the **Inspections** page and click the **Closed Inspections** tab.\n\n2. If the inspection meets the criteria above, you'll see a **Reopen** option in the list.\n\n3. Complete the inspection as usual.\n\n2.
