(Admins only)\n\nOnly users with **Admin** permissions can delete Work Orders.\n\nHow an admin can delete a Work-Order?\n\n1. Go to **Work Orders** in the system.\n\n2. Click **All Work Orders** in the top navigation bar.\n\n3. Open the Work Order you want to delete.\n\n4. Click the **three-dots** menu.\n\n5. Select **Delete**.\n\n6. Confirm the deletion.\n\n- Removing a Work Order is a **permanent action** \\- once deleted, it cannot be recovered.\n\n- Users who are not admins **will not see** the Delete option.\n\n- If a non-admin user needs to remove a Work Order, they need contact an admin at the property.\n\n* * *\n\n## Should the column order a user sets in the ' **Work Orders'** view remain saved after logging out and back in, or is it only meant to apply to the current session?\n\nThe column order in **Work Orders** **should remain saved** even after logging out and logging back in.\n\nUser-defined column arrangements are stored as user preferences and are not limited to the active session.\n\n## How to set an assigned user automation?\n\nTo create an automation that assigns a user automatically, follow these steps:\n\n- Step 1: Go to your \"Work Orders\" tab >\"Automations\".\n\n- Step 2: Create a new automation or open an existing one.\n\n- Step 3: Set priority, building, and category to Any.\n\n- Step 4: In the Then section, select the \"Assign user\" and Choose the user you want the system to assign automatically.\n\n- Step 5: Save the automation and test it to confirm it works as expected.\n\n## Why do images appear as links when I export a CSV file of קריאות and open it in Excel?\n\nThis happens because CSV files can only contain plain text. The system therefore exports image fields as URLs rather than embedding the actual images. When you open a CSV in Excel, the URLs remain as text and are not automatically converted into images or clickable links.\n\nIf you want to work with the images in a more visual way, here are several options:\n\n1. **Save as XLSX (recommended):**\n\nAfter opening the CSV in Excel, save it as an **XLSX** file. In this format, Excel converts the URLs into clickable links.\n\n2. **Use Excel’s IMAGE() function:**\n\nIf you want the images to appear inside cells, you can use Excel’s built-in =IMAGE() function with the exported URL.\n\nMore details: [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/image-function-7e112975-5e52-4f2a-b9da-1d913d51f5d5](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/image-function-7e112975-5e52-4f2a-b9da-1d913d51f5d5)\n\n3. **Export to PDF instead of CSV:**\n\nIf what you need is a list where the images are actually visible (instead of URLs), you can use:\n\n **Print → Save as PDF**\n\nThis will generate a PDF that includes the actual images as they appear in Visitt.\n\n* * *\n\n## **How to Set an SLA Automation**\n\nSLA automations in Visitt track how long a Work Order has been open. They don’t perform any actions. Instead, they simply mark when a Work Order has passed the defined SLA time.\n\n## How to Configure an SLA Automation\n\n1. Go to **Work Orders → Automations → New Automation**.\n\n2. In the **“When…”** section, set the conditions that define which Work Orders the SLA applies to (such as building, category, or priority).\n\n3. In the **“Then…”** section, select **“Time to handle Work Order.”**\n\n4. Set the SLA duration (e.g., 2 hours, 1 day).\n\n5. Save the automation to activate SLA tracking.\n\n## What Happens Next?\n\nVisitt tracks Work Orders and flags any that pass the set SLA time. SLA automations do not send notifications or change statuses - they only track SLA timing inside the system.\n\n* * *\n\nRelated Articles\n\n- [How to Set Work Order Automations](http://help.visitt.io/en/articles/9000597-how-to-set-work-order-automations)\n- [How to Manage Your Categories](http://help.visitt.io/en/articles/9216614-how-to-manage-your-categories)\n- [How to Add Users to Your Property](http://help.visitt.io/en/articles/9246330-how-to-add-users-to-your-property)\n- [How can I troubleshoot work order visibility issues in the Visitt app?](http://help.visitt.io/en/articles/12086538-how-can-i-troubleshoot-work-order-visibility-issues-in-the-visitt-app)\n- [Visitt+ Work Orders: Create and track requests](http://help.visitt.io/en/articles/16297490-visitt-work-orders-create-and-track-requests)\n\nDid this answer your question?\n\nDisappointed Reaction😞Neutral Reaction😐Smiley Reaction😃\n\nTable of contents\n\n[Can an Excel file be uploaded to a Work Order after it has been closed?](https://help.visitt.io/en/articles/12648128-work-orders-faq#h_bc6342377e)[How to remove Work Orders?
