You can search for inspections by keywords using the search bar or filter them by building and category:\n\n​\n\n![](https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1108935775/f9929c8a82c91afd0110ea15/Screenshot+2024-07-10+at+3_11_39%E2%80%AFPM.png?expires=1791207900&signature=fecaadfcb2beda31b11eb19e511dd5b38e48f31b326763eff1002e59cb3920a1&req=dSEnHsB9mIZYXPMW1HO4zSdV8FO2%2FIM%2F4dp7tSdmadfE%2B8ieT%2FAPvrIyFciy%0ADV1w5EBDKF4QMBswtVk%3D%0A)\n\n## Completing an Open Inspection:\n\n- Step 1:Start by going to the [Open inspections tab](https://app.visitt.io/assignments#openVisits)\n\n​\n\n- Step 2: Select the inspection you would like to complete\n\n​\n\n- Step 3: Fill in any details about the inspection that are required.\n\nIf needed, fill in the work hours spent on the inspection\n\n​\n\n- Step 4: Select Finish inspection at the bottom of the screen\n\n**💡Note:** While completing an inspection, The option to mark all checks at once is only available if all checks in the section belong to the same check type.\n\nIf even one check belongs to a different type, The \"mark all\" option will not appear for that section.\n\n## Creating a Work Order from an Inspection\n\nNoticed something isn’t right and want to report it during an inspection?\n\nYou can open a work order directly from the inspection – just click the dedicated icon (as shown in the image) and submit your report.\n\n![](https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/ymv0iawf/1543181184/6b8a7410a1702d9ae6325b7c0e1d/image.png?expires=1791207900&signature=e73f2acf70269dff94f5a978d233a33b88bedb9889b37c268a8ccef46b519f8e&req=dSUjFch2nIBXXfMW1HO4zdZi6jCSxFe9k%2FsFGQbvQZ5k0oMuJ76zQ06J6ItE%0AJMGgQjy%2BEiePRkqu1C0%3D%0A)\n\n**Note:** Work orders opened this way will be saved inside the inspection, but they will only be officially created **after the inspection is completed.**\n\n* * *\n\n## ​  ​Adding Total Work Hours to an Inspection Before Completion\n\nBefore completing an inspection, you have the option to add the total work hours. Once this happens you will no longer be able to make any adjustments to the inspection and it will be moved to the Closed inspections tab.
