Navigate to **Settings → Account → Inspections → Templates**.\n\n2. Click **Add template**.\n\n3. Build out your template with the relevant tasks and details.\n\n4. If you encounter an \"Unauthorized\" error when saving, this is likely the cause.\n\n## Copying an Existing Inspection to the Library\n\n1. Go to **Inspections → Manage inspections**.\n\n2. Find the inspection you want to save as a template.\n\n3. Click the **three dots** menu and select **Save as template**.\n\n4. Navigate to **Settings → Account → Broadcasts → Templates**.\n\n2. Click **Add template**.\n\n3. Write your message and configure any settings.\n\n4. This lets you standardize your email appearance across all properties without needing to configure it per broadcast.
