> When logging labor on mobile, the two most recently used Labor Rates appear as quick-select buttons, so a rate can be applied in a single tap without opening a dropdown. Quick-select options are specific to each user and update as recent selections change.

> When additional rates are available, an Other action appears alongside the quick-select buttons. Selecting Other opens the full list of Labor Rates available for that Work Order.
> Automatic Pre-Selection
> The most recently used Labor Rate is pre-selected automatically, as long as it is still available for that Work Order. If the rate is no longer available, no rate is pre-selected and users can choose from the options shown.
