> 
> In order to reach the **Floors** tab, navigate to the **My Property** page through the sidebar on the left of your screen and select the Floors tab.

> ## Editing Floors
> 
> In order to edit a floor, you can simply click on the floor at the top of your page. Once you click on it, you will be able to edit your floor name, convert it to a space, or delete it.

> If you would like to edit the floor names and their level, select the **Manage floors** button. Once you are there, you have the ability to add a new floor, edit the name, and drag the floor to a different level if needed. You also have the ability to create a floor that is at a negative level which is useful for any underground floors you may have in your building.

> To add a new floor, select the **Add Floor** button and name your new floor. Then, you can drag it to your desired level, as shown above.

> 💡Hint: You can create a new floor above by simply clicking the **Tab** key. Additionally, to add many floors all at once, you can copy columns from an Excel file and paste them directly to add multiple floors at once.

> ## Floor Overview
> 
> When you click on a floor, you will have a similar page to the one shown below, displaying an **Overview** page of your floor. Additionally, you can toggle between the **Spaces** and **Equipment** within the selected floor, as well as any **Closed Inspections** and **Work orders** assigned to that space.
