> # Submitting a Work Order
> 
> Upon logging in, you can submit a work order request by selecting the **plus (+) button** located at the bottom of the screen. This convenient shortcut is also used for adding visitors and booking amenities, providing easy access to key features within the app.

> After clicking this button, select **New Request**. You will then need to fill out the required information, including the **category** and a **description**. You also have the option to add an **attachment** if there is anything you need your property management to see.

> 
> To see your past or current requests:
> 
> 1. Tap **Requests** from the bottom navigation bar.
> 
> 2. Choose **Open requests** to see pending ones, or **Closed requests** to see completed ones.

> # If You Can't Find a Closed Request
> 
> If you're looking for a **closed request** and can't find it under **Closed Requests**, it might still be **open** — make sure to also check under the **Open** tab.
> 
> If you still can't find it, the request may have been submitted under a **different property**. If you're connected to more than one property, switch properties by:
> 
> 1. Tap your **initials** on the home screen.
> 
> 2. A Settings panel will open — tap **Switch property**.
> 
> 3. A list of your assigned properties will appear — tap the one you want to switch to.
