> Categories help you organize Work Orders and Inspections in Visitt. They also sync to your Tenants in Visitt+, where Tenants select a Category when submitting a Request. Under both the Work Orders and Inspections pages you can filter them by Categories to help you organize everything.

> - **Who can manage Categories?** Only Admins can create and edit Categories.

> - **Where do I find the Categories settings?** Go to Settings > Property > Categories.

> - **Do Categories apply across all my Properties?** When adding a Category, you select which Properties to assign it to. A Category only appears where assigned.

> - **Will my Tenants see subcategories in Visitt+?** Tenants see the Categories synced to their Property. If you use Subcategories, check that they display as expected in Visitt+.
