> - **Tenant**: An entity, such as a company or family, that leases one or more spaces (suites, offices, or units).

> - **Contact**: An individual associated with a tenant group, such as a company employee or family member.

> Firstly, navigate to the [Tenants page](https://app.visitt.io/tenants#tenants) through the left-hand sidebar. Once you access this page, you will see a list of all of your tenants. In order to view the contacts individually, simply navigate to the [Contacts tab](https://app.visitt.io/tenants#contacts) to do so.

> **Please note:** Team Member accounts do no have the permission to make any edits to tenants or contacts. This feature is used to view information regarding your tenants on the app. If you would like to make any edits, you will be required to access the tenant through a Manager account.
