Submit a work order from the mobile app or the web dashboard whenever something needs attention. Tenant admins can use the quick action button or the Requests tab, and building team members can submit from the Work tab. Provide a clear description and attach photos or documents so building team members have the full picture. After you submit, you will land on a confirmation page in both the app and dashboard confirming the request was created. If you do not see the option for a work order, I would suggest you reach out to your admin to set you up correctly.
