The reviewer noted confusion regarding the app's onboarding process, stating they were unaware that an invitation from building management was required to gain access.
The reviewer expresses a mediocre overall impression of the app, highlighting a specific issue where the application freezes during image uploads for maintenance requests.
The reviewer praises the Visitt+ app as very helpful for booking amenities and communicating with the building team, highlighting its ease of navigation and quick usability.

Although they experienced some initial setup issues, these were resolved, and they particularly appreciate the communication features and the ability to receive work order updates without calling.
The app was really easy to download and understand how to use. There were some issues when we first got it in the building to set up, But once we figured them out it’s been a breeze to use and work with! Super intuitive and I love the communication feature and being able to get an update on work orders versus having to call.

The reviewer notes that the messaging layout is strange and reports a complete lack of phone notifications, which they claim delays maintenance follow-ups.
The reviewer reports that the app rarely works and frequently fails to load, requiring them to delete and reinstall it. Consequently, they miss important notifications and cannot submit maintenance tickets, though they note the UI itself is easy to use.
Terrible. My apartment building uses this app for notifications and it rarely ever works. Most times it does not load and I have to delete and redownload the app several times. I often miss important notifications and cannot use it to enter important things such as maintenance tickets etc. The UI is easy to use however this truly is one of the worst apps I’ve used due to the immense amount of issues

The reviewer expresses extreme frustration with the app, citing constant crashes, inconsistent loading, and repetitive login code requests. They note they are forced to use it for package notifications.
This is by far one of the worst Apps I’ve ever been forced to use. This App is the only way I know that packages have arrived at my building so I have no choice as it’s their system and ecology. It crashes constantly, doesn’t load consistently and keeps asking me to verify my phone number and inputting a login code. Then once I’m back in it crashes. The screen doesn’t load. When it does guess what? It crashes again. Then asks me to request another logon code. Then the cycle repeats. THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED BY FAR.

The reviewer expresses strong concerns about the app's data collection, describing it as an intrusive surveillance tool and a potential security risk that provides little benefit over traditional building management.
This app feels like a surveillance platform disguised as a convenience tool. Buildings managed perfectly well for decades without needing to track tenant activities through a centralized app. The amount of data that can be collected and aggregated is excessive for the "benefits" provided. Unnecessary, intrusive, and a security risk WHEN (not if) the data is compromised.

The reviewer reports a positive experience with Cove, highlighting its user-friendliness, smooth implementation, responsive support, and Yardi integration. They noted missing features like vendor directories and multi-property announcements compared to their previous system.
Positive, smooth experience. I'm glad we made the switch! I look forward to Cove's continual improvement and innovation for the Cove platform. We appreciate their receptiveness to feedback.
Pros: Our agents with Cove have been super helpful and responsive. They have made the transition from our old platform to Cove, simple and smooth. Our tenants and maintenance staff find the product user friendly. Cove's ability to integrate with Yardi is a huge time saver on billable work orders.
Cons: We hope for the directories feature to be available for vendors, just like Angus has. This is helpful because when you are managing a portfolio of properties. All properties may not use the same landscaper, fire company etc. Having their contact information at our fingertips in the app makes our job easier and faster when contacting our vendors, especially in the event of an emergency. We also hope for an "all building" or "all property" announcement to be available soon, as it was in Angus. This way, instead of sending an announcement for every single property, i.e. "Management, maintenance and cleaning will be closed on Christmas Day", we can send one memo, which makes our job easier and faster. The ultimate benefit of a well-designed work order platform is the efficiency it can help the office and maintenance staff achieve, which ultimately translates into better service and happier tenants!

The reviewer praises Cove for consolidating property management tasks into an intuitive platform, improving workflow and saving time. They highlight the seamless implementation process, customizable features, and enhanced tenant engagement capabilities compared to their previous software.
The Cove app has been an invaluable resource for our property. It consolidates everything we need—property management, work orders, tenant engagement, forms, etc. into one platform. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making daily operations smoother and more efficient. Compared to our previous app, which was outdated and limited to basic requests, Cove has dramatically improved our workflow. Pros: Cove offers a wide range of features and can be tailored to meet your unique requirements, whether you're managing a single property or an entire portfolio. The design options allows you to streamline operations, improve communication, and do it within my budget.

The reviewer praises Cove for its exceptional customer service and its ability to centralize tenant engagement and building updates. However, they note that the back-end feels dated and overly manual, and they desire better integration with Yardi for reservations.
