How to create HTML / Email Builder emails Adding Attachments to Emails (Including PDFs) Button Drag and drop a button block into the builder, then click into it to edit the label and destination URL To link a file from a button, click "Link File" to open the File Manager From there, select an existing file or upload a new one from your device Once inserted, clicking the button in the sent email will open that file via its URL Hyperlinking text Highlight a word or series of words directly in the email body Click the link button, then either enter a URL or choose "File Manager" to link to an existing document Images You can use an image itself as a clickable link or attachment In the File Manager, select an existing image or upload a new one Once inserted, clicking the image in the sent email will open it via its URL
