Event Type: RSVP Slots

RSVP Slots is a new event type available in the Cove platform which allows you to create events with slot times. Users will RSVP to a specific slot when RSVPing for an event. Use the slot event type for: fitness or wellness classes information, concierge, or facility support sessions with property teams onsite vendor services sign-up sessions for building services Creating an RSVP Slot Event: To create an RSVP slot Event, follow the directions for creating and individual or recurring event, but fill out the following sections of the form: configure RSVP Slots add RSVP slots Configure RSVP Slots Configure your event so that it's an RSVP Slot event. Note: Waitlists are not available for this event type. Select Collect RSVPs and Collect RSVPs by slot (e.g. time-based slots with limited availability). Slots Set up slots with capacity limits. Click Add Slot to add RSVP slots Add a label: This label will appear to users when RSVPing to the event. Add capacity (optional): If a capacity is added, that will serve as the maximum RSVP for that slot If a slot is full, users will not be able to RSVP for that slot. Waitlists are not available for RSVP slots Repeat #1-3 to add additional slots. Waivers If the event requires a waiver you can add it here. Users will be required to sign the waiver in order to RSVP to a slot, and their waiver will be stored in the dashboard. Create an event waiver Add the waiver to the event by selecting it from the dropdown.
