We have an integration team that works with you to understand your use case and goals. This allows us to determine feasibility, provide capability estimates for partners, develop timelines, and give cost guidance. We integrate across many systems, but ease of integration depends on the specific functions needed and partners' infrastructure. Rather than claiming we integrate with anyone, we make integration recommendations based on your unique needs and objectives. What if a tenant has their own platform? We’ve had no problems with tenants having their own platform. Many of the 9,000 companies that are on our platform belong to top 500 firms as well as coworking spaces who have their own technology. They just see our offering as an extension of the building’s technology and amenities. Can you deliver digital access via a mobile wallet? Yes, Equiem enables digital access through mobile wallets like Apple Wallet and Google Pay. Through partnerships with access control providers like HID Origo, Equiem integrates mobile credentials into tenant apps. This allows tenants to add their employee badges to their phone's wallet for frictionless building access, without needing separate apps or physical cards. Equiem already powered this capability for British Land, allowing badge access via Apple Wallet across their Broadgate Campus.
