Accessing your Visitt account is the first step toward optimizing your property operations. This guide provides clear instructions for all Visitt users to log in securely and resolve any access hurdles.  [Click here to go to the property team login page from any device](https://l.visitt.io/app) 💡 **Which login method you see depends on how your organization has configured Visitt.** The available login options (One-Time Code, Password, or SSO) are set by your property Admin or IT team — not by Visitt. If you want to change your login method or aren't sure which one applies to you, please contact your internal Admin or IT team directly. Visitt Support cannot change login methods on your behalf. * * * You can choose between three secure methods to access your Visitt account: # 1\. Log In with a One-Time Code This method is ideal if you prefer not to manage a permanent password. 1. Navigate to the [Visitt login screen](https://l.visitt.io/app). 2. Enter your registered email address or phone number. 3. Click the **Login with One-Time Code** button. 4. Retrieve the 6-digit code sent to your email or mobile device. 5. Enter the code on the verification screen and click **Login**.  * * * # 2\. Log In with Your Password 1. Navigate to the [Visitt login screen](https://l.visitt.io/app) and select **Login with Password**. 2. Enter your registered email address or phone number. 3. Type your password into the password field. 4. Click the **Login** button.  * * * # 3\. Log In with SSO SSO (Single Sign-On) is configured at the account level by your organization's IT or Admin team. If your property uses SSO, it will be your only available login option. 1. Navigate to the [Visitt login screen](https://l.visitt.io/app) and select **Login with SSO**. 2. Enter your registered email address or phone number. 3. Go to the authentication app and copy the code designated for your Visitt account. 4. Enter the code from the authentication app. 5. Click the **Login** button.  ⚠️ **Having trouble with SSO?** SSO settings are managed entirely by your organization's IT team, not by Visitt. If you are unable to authenticate, are locked out, or need to change how SSO is configured, please contact your internal IT or Admin team. Visitt Support does not have access to your organization's SSO configuration and cannot make changes on your behalf. * * * # How to Reset Your Password If you cannot remember your password, follow these steps to regain access: 1. On the login screen, click the **Forgot Password** link. 2. Enter your registered email address or phone number and click **Send Code**. 3. Enter the verification code you receive via email or SMS. 4. Create a new password and type it again to confirm. 5. Click **Change Password and Login**. * * * # Troubleshooting Login Issues ## "We Can't Find Your Account" If you see this error message, the system does not recognize the details provided. This usually happens for one of the following reasons: - **Account not yet created:** Reach out to your property manager or team admin to ensure your account has been added to the system. - **Incorrect credentials:** Verify you are using the exact email or phone number linked to your Visitt profile. - **Tenant access:** If you are a tenant, ensure you are using the [tenant login page](https://l.visitt.io/plus) rather than the property team portal. ## One-Time Code (OTP) Not Received If the verification code does not arrive: - **Check your folders:** Allow a few minutes for delivery and check your Spam or Junk folders. - **Check connection:** Ensure you have a stable internet connection and good cellular reception. - **Unrecognized info:** If the system says it "can't find you" when you request a code, the email or phone number is not registered.
