Designed for clarity and efficiency, this page displays key data through intuitive graphs and charts, allowing for quick decision-making and a comprehensive overview of your operations.  To access your reports, start by clicking on the [Reports](https://app.visitt.io/reports/visits/overview) tab in the main navigation bar. Once there, you'll find several tabs at the top of the page, including **Work Orders**, **Inspections**, **Tenants** and **Amenities.**  ## [Work Order Reports](https://app.visitt.io/reports/issues/overview) - [Overview](https://app.visitt.io/reports/issues/overview): The overview gives you a summary of created and completed work orders by category or property. - [SLA](https://app.visitt.io/reports/issues/sla): This page displays how well you are meeting service deadlines. - [Discovery](https://app.visitt.io/reports/issues/discovery): This page analyzes work orders using Visitt AI and presents metrics to gain visibility into common and similar reported issues. By identifying recurring patterns, the report helps discover significant potential issues, proactively addresses repeated problems, and improves ongoing service in real time. In the Work Orders reports, you can effortlessly manage your properties by selecting single or multiple properties from your portfolio to view and compare data. This feature allows you to stay on top of everything with ease, ensuring you have all the necessary insights to make informed decisions hassle-free! ## [Inspections Reports](https://app.visitt.io/reports/visits/overview) In Inspections reports, you can check your overall inspections to track missed and completion percentages. You can also view your inspection results by category, teammates, and more.  ## [Tenant Reports](https://app.visitt.io/reports/tenants/satisfaction) Easily access everything you need to know about your tenants' experience on the Reports Page. See tenant reports broken down by aspects like attitude and speed in a highly visible and user-friendly way. You can also track your team's performance in terms of tenant satisfaction.  In order to view your Visitt+ reviews from your tenants, select any of the metrics shown on the page and you will then be able to see individual reviews and their respective ratings. You can also click on the review to display the work order under which the review was made.  💡You can export any report to a PDF file by clicking **Download PDF** located at the top right of each page * * * Thank you for reading!
