Accessing Bulletins
For Guards

Guards can access Bulletins directly from the Visitor Dashboard

A tab labeled “Bulletins” is available

This tab displays the most recent messages sent by management

Guards can:

Open and view unread Bulletins.

Mark Bulletins as read — this status is stored in the backend, ensuring it remains consistent even after logging out and back in

Creating and Managing Bulletins
For Building Managers and Security Directors

Bulletins can be created and managed from both:

Site level (individual building)

Network level (all buildings under the same organization)

Steps to Post a Bulletin

Navigate to the Site or Network view

Click on the Bulletins tab under Visitor modules

Enter the following:

Subject (e.g., “Important Notice”)

Message content

(Optional) Attach an image to the Bulletin

When on a network, choose whether to:

Send to a specific site, or

Broadcast to all sites at the network level

Click Save to publish the Bulletin

Real-Time Updates

The system automatically checks for unread Bulletins every 5–10 seconds

When a new Bulletin is available:

The Bulletin tab turns red

A notification count appears

Once opened, guards can mark Bulletins as read

Deleting Bulletins

Bulletins can be deleted by the poster at any time

Once deleted:

The Bulletin is removed

The change is synchronized automatically across the system
