Bulk action options allow users to take action on multiple work orders at once directly from work order table pages (New in My Groups, Assigned to Me, Open Work Orders, Upcoming Work Orders, and All Work Orders pages). Instead of managing requests individually, users can select multiple work orders and apply updates or generate exports in a single step. Access to bulk action options varies by user role: Building Admins and Managers: Access to all bulk action options Engineer Managers: Export tenant charges, export cost reclassification report, export PDF overviews, edit assignment, and edit status Building Engineers: Export cost reclassification report, export PDF overviews, edit assignment, and edit status Export Tenant Charges Exports tenant charge data for the selected work orders. Includes tenant charge records associated with each selected work order Generates an export file containing the charge data Export Cost Reclassification Report Exports cost reclassification data for the selected work orders. Includes cost reclassification details tied to each selected work order Generates a report with cost-related data Export PDF Invoices Generates invoice PDFs for the selected work orders. Creates PDF invoice documents for each selected work order Includes invoice data associated with each work order Export PDF Overviews Generates overview PDFs for the selected work orders. Creates a PDF overview document for each selected work order Includes work order details associated with each selected work order Generates a standardized overview document for each work order Edit Assignment Updates the assignment for the selected work orders. Changes the assigned user or vendor for each selected work order Applies the update to all selected work orders Edit Status Updates the status for the selected work orders. Changes the status of each selected work order and applies the update to all selected work orders Optional: Add an note that is applied to all selected work orders during the update Notes appear in work order activity with the same visibility as other updates and can be visible to tenants and users with access Option to notify assignees and work groups (notifications are off by default)
