The Resources page gives tenants a central place to access important building information directly from the dashboard. When enabled, it appears in the left-hand navigation and displays two types of content: property hours, which are pulled automatically from property setup, and property handbooks, which are PDF documents uploaded by the property team. Tenants can click into any uploaded handbook to view it directly. Note: The Resources page is available on the dashboard only and requires coordination with Cove. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or techsupport@cove.is to turn this on. Upload and manage handbooks Property teams can upload one or more PDF handbooks to give tenants easy access to building guides, policies, and other property documents. Only PDF files are supported. Navigate to the Resources page and click Edit Resources in the upper right corner. Under Property Handbook and Documents, click + Add another handbook or edit an existing entry. Enter a Document Name (required) and an optional Subtitle (up to 200 characters). Optionally, add a URL for Web Version. Upload the PDF (max 20MB). Set visibility: Visible to All Users (Default) — all tenants with Resources page access can see this handbook. Only Visible to Specified User Tags — limits visibility to tenants with specific user tags, configured under the tags settings. Click Save Changes. To remove a handbook, click Edit Resources, open the entry, and click the delete icon in the upper right corner. Click Save Changes to confirm.
