What it means Dash blocks the creation of a new user profile when a record with that email address already exists at the property or site. The existing record may be active or suspended. Where you'll see it Cove Admin Dashboard (Dash) > User Directory > when creating a new user at a site. How to resolve Step 1: Search the User Directory Open the User Directory for the site. Switch the status filter from Active to Suspended. The user may have been previously added or deactivated. Search by email address rather than by name. The existing record may use a different name spelling.
