Navigate to **Settings → Account → Inspections → Templates**. 2. Click **Add template**. 3. Build out your template with the relevant tasks and details. 4. Save — the template will now be available across all properties in your account.  🔒 Only users with **Global Admin** permissions can create Inspection templates. If you encounter an "Unauthorized" error when saving, this is likely the cause. ## Copying an Existing Inspection to the Library 1. Go to **Inspections → Manage inspections**. 2. Find the inspection you want to save as a template. 3. Click the **three dots** menu and select **Save as template**. 4. The inspection is copied to the template library and is now available across all properties.  📌 The copied template will not include specific Space or Equipment details or Assigned Users — these must be added when using the template at a new property. * * * # Broadcast Templates ## Creating a Broadcast Template 1. Navigate to **Settings → Account → Broadcasts → Templates**. 2. Click **Add template**. 3. Write your message and configure any settings. 4. Save — the template will be available to all properties when sending broadcasts.  💡 You can also set up custom **email headers and footers** for your broadcast emails under **Settings → Account → Branding**. This lets you standardize your email appearance across all properties without needing to configure it per broadcast.
